Welcome to this website. Let me start off by saying what you have heard before. Consult with your doctor before starting any weight reduction program. I am not a doctor. I have however taken off 80 LBS and kept most of it off now for many years. I will show you what I have learned over the last several years and it works for anyone who follows the simple rules. The rules are simple but not easy!

First you need to calculate how many calories you need to eat every day. This is easy. Determine what you want to weigh and multiply this number by ten. Example, I want to weigh 170 LBS then when you multiply this number by ten the answer is 1700. This answer now becomes your total number of calories you can eat in any given day.

Second, get a book and start recording your calories you eat. You must write down everything you eat in this book and be precise even if it means you have to weigh all your food. I would recommend that you write down your calories for one week without following this program so you can see exactly how many calories you are currently eating without following this program. You will be surprised how many you are eating. You must plan out your meals ahead of time so you can keep within your calorie budget. If you were paying bills at home you would have to stop writing checks when you run out of money. You must stop eating for the day when you run out of calories, even if you run out at 4 PM, your done for the day. Plan,Plan,Plan and you will not run out of calories. Avoid eating out of bags like chips and pretzels and make sure you take your time and eat slow.

Third, remember a calorie is not just a calorie. Four hundred calories of protein is different than 400 calories of ice cream. Protein burns fat and sugar gives you fat. You want to try to eat more nutritious foods than you’re eating now. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! You decide what foods to eat. Just stay within your calorie count and do not go over the number. You will see within 2 weeks that your weight is falling off like crazy. A very important note is that you also do not want to go under the calorie count. Eating too few calories will have the opposite weight loss effect. You actually can gain weight if you do not eat enough calories. Try to have a good amount of protein mixed into your daily calorie count. I suggest that you buy a good calorie book. I use the Calorie King series and have also downloaded their software on my computer. Calorie King has listings by restaurants also.

DO NOT PUT ANY FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH UNLESS IT IS ACCOUNTED FOR WITHIN YOUR BUDGET! THIS IS THE KEY TO LOSING WEIGHT! Remember, the less you eat the more you will lose. The problem is, we dont know how much we are eating unless we keep track. This method is not a diet. This method is a way of life. This method will keep your weight off. Try it!
