1. Buy yourself a good calorie book such as the Calorie King Calorie Fat & Carb Counter paperback book.
2. Make sure you have an accurate scale to use at home or work as you should weigh yourself daily.
3. Come to each meeting in comfortable clothes that are light. You certainly do not want to weigh in on meeting days in heavy clothes that will affect your weight on the scale.
4. If you need help during the week make sure you get a members phone number that you can call for support.

Make sure you log onto the website and enter your email address so you can receive the weekly newsletters. If you’re in an eating jam, log onto the site and start reading the various articles to help you get through it. Remember this, a sliver, a slab, a slob! You can do this one day at a time. Don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow, just get thru today!
