The DCN Weight Loss Group members are asked to use The Calorie King Fat & Carbohydrate Counter Book & The Ten Week Calorie King Calorie Counter Weekly Diary. Every member of the DCN Weight Loss Group Class will receive (when attending one of our Warminster, Pa. classes) their first copy of the Weekly Diary free of charge. This diary is required by all members attending our class. This book is where you can record up to ten weeks of calorie counting in one place and reflect back on your performance and weight loss results. All the above books are available at your local book store.

You can download free forms above if you chose not to buy the books above to help you achieve your weight loss on a day to day basis. There is no charge for these forms. Make sure you check out the new Reflection Form which will help you recap your day. If you use the Reflection form wisely this will give you an insight to some of your habits that you might want to adjust.
